Just added the Flickr page that i use as a back up on the site.It has the exact same photos i upload here and on Astrobin but since it's there...why not share it... You can find it on the top right corner of the homepage together with the youtube icon. Here is the link: https://www.flickr.com/photos/94693172@N06/ Clear Skies, Mike Con la crisi d'astinenza che ha preso il sopravento non ho resistito 2 giorni fa quindi..ho fatto uno scatto alla Luna piena del 16/3/2014 .....Almeno ho verificato che il telescopio funziona ancora.... With "serious withdrawal symptoms" (from lack of astrophotography) i couldn't resist 2 days ago at the sight of the full moon...so...i gave it a shot.Nothing exceptional but at least i verified that the telescope still functions!... Star protection during Deep Sky photo processing with photoshop (youtube video-italian version)2/11/2014 Before proceeding, i would like to specify that in the event you decide to do this procedure most likely you will loose the Celestron guarantee. In case of damage to the mount the responsibility remains to whom run the procedure .This is only the story of how i run this maintenance on my own CG5-GT mount. Welcome to my Astrophotography blog. Back in 2009 when i started making my first steps in Astrophotography i decided to make a small site so i can store online and share my experiences and photos with other fellow amateur astrophotographers. The site was named "Drassa", just like this one, after a small village in northern Peloponnese in Greece that holds a special place in my heart. It is also where i shoot most of my astrophotos. The website was pretty simple in structure but not very flexible in editing so after almost 6 years i decided to move on a more flexible platform that would allow me to update my website in an easier and faster way. On this new site you will find most of my astrophotos, new and old while on the Blog and other pages i will attempt to share with you reviews of my equipment and any techniques i use in astrophotography. I will start adding to the blog some of my posts from the old site. Clear Skies , Michael Xyntaris |
